Today I thought I’d give it a try not to eat oatmeal every morning but try a recipe I found in the internet, oatmeal muffins with blueberries.
I am a worse baker than I am a cook but I still gave it a try.

Ingredients:
– banana
– egg
– milk
– vanilla
– oats
– honey
– blueberries
– cinnamon
– yoghurt

Squash the banana until its smooth. Then just add an egg and mix everything together. After that put all the ingredients but the blueberries and oats one after the other into the bowl. At last add the oats to the mixture.

Spray some baking oil into a muffin pan and add some of the mixture into the forms. Then put some of the blueberries on top of the mixture. Cover the blueberries with the rest of the mixture and add some more blueberries.

Preheat the oven for 350 degrees and bake everything for about half an hour.

The muffins turned out pretty well and they are enough to have something for breakfast for the rest of the week. Next time I’ll only have to add more honey to make them a little bit more yummy…
