Today we tried vegetables and chicken out of the Wok. Again this recipe was quite easy to make. It was mostly cutting everything and after that throw it in the Wok and let it cook.

Ingredients (there are soo many, please excuse if I miss half of them ;)):
– Chicken
– Pineapple
– Peppers
– Tomatoes
– Carrots
– Vegetable broth
– Onions
– Garlic
– Ginger
– Lemongrass
– Soy sauce
– Thai basil
– Oyster sauce

First put in the onions and the chicken and then one thing after the other until everything is inside the wok and shortly cooked.

The recipe asked for more sugar but we thought because of the pineapple and the oyster sauce there already is enough sugar in it. So we kept it with the natural sugar level of the dish itself.

For lunch we cooked some more rice and add it to the dish.
