The second week went nearly as good as the first one.

The recipes we picked were as delicious as the ones from the first week. They were easy to handle and again and again we were surprised by our talent to put these simple ingredients into delicious dinners.

Together with the workouts I even made it to 2.5 kg less on the scale. Which is an awesome progress for me and gives me lots of motivation to go into the next week.

The sad part about the next weeks is that because of professional reasons my cooking partner has to leave on some trips and leaves me and the kitchen all alone. So from tomorrow on I will have to go this way on my own and I really hope it is as fertile and easy on my own as it was with somebody. But like I already said I am doing such a good progress that for now I just want to keep myself in motion.
